A stunning, hand-thrown studio art Raku pottery vase by renowned artist Bruce Odell. This piece features an incredible Raku technique with iridescent copper, green, purple, orange, and red colors. The top has a softer appearance with gray crazing, while the bottom showcases raised, textured, organic shapes and imprints. The interior is glazed. The textured areas are extra thick. Signed “Odell 2003” on the bottom.
Shape: Inverted bottle with a narrow base leading to a wide, bulbous top.
