I had this prom dress custom made in 2018 by a designer in New Orleans. It is mermaid style, with bell sleeves and a low back. There is butterfly detail & the fabric is comfortable and has some stretch. It was worn once for a few hours. I am 5’8” but was wearing tall heels with the dress. Waist 27 inches and hips 35 inches, size 4. Originally paid $650.<br>My measurements are in last picture!
