Charles Martin 'Chuck' Jones (1912-2002) - Renowned animator known for his work with Warner Bros. Cartoons on Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies.
Original line image hand-drawn and inked by Mr. Jones, then transferred to acetate film. Each cel individually hand-painted on the reverse side.
