Vintage Ciner Starfish brooch. Gold-tone with Swarovski crystals.
The Ciner stamp is in this form "CInER". Measures 2". It is missing a crystal, and one crystal has been replaced with one that is slightly too big. There is also some wear on the tips of the starfish and gold balls. It's a beautiful piece but needs a little TLC.
