The Elspeth dress is light as a feather with eyelet embroidery. This oversized sundress has a Victorian-like high ruffled collar, a scalloped flounce-trimmed yoke and blouson sleeves with elastic and ruffles at opening. Shirred, scalloped flounce at hem. Ruffle detail at shoulders. Button-front design. Lined with a matching removable slip with snap-loops to hold it in place at shoulder. Pit-to-pit approx 22 inches.
