Nike SB Dunk High “Brain Wreck” released in 2009, designed by Todd Bratrud. The pavement grey suede upper is accented with a neutral grey swoosh and vivid pink highlights on the leather tongue and toe box. The high-top shoe also showcase a custom graphic on the insole, a brain-like stitching pattern on the inner lining and oversized “BRAIN WRECK” lettering on the heels.
