In Very Good Condition, with 2 stains. Includes original eyes and head cap/eye cradle installed by CJ. Bluish stain on the back of the head near the right ear (see last pic) and a tiny faint stain above her right eyebrow. Comes with a long brown CJ wig (no original purple wig).
