Meticulously restored. Features stunning lace ruffle bell sleeves. Lined, cotton material with small floral embellishments, a high neck with lace, and a hook-and-eye back closure. There are some spots on the bottom edges (hard to see).Measurements (approximate): Pit to pit: 17.25", Waist: 14.5", Length: 56", Sleeve length 28", Sleeve Opening: 5", Bell sleeve opening 27", Hips 20".
